At Suti Rang, we strive to provide the best shopping experience to our customers. If you face any issue with your order, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:

  • Wrong size received
  • Color mismatch issue
  • Damaged or defective product received

Any return or exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The product should not show any signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a damaged, defective, incorrect size, or color issue product, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.

Without a valid unboxing video, Suti Rang reserves the right to reject the request.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products can be exchanged for:

  • Correct size
  • Replacement of damaged or defective item
  • Replacement in case of color issue

Only one exchange request is allowed per order. Once the exchanged product is delivered, no further exchange requests will be entertained.

Return Policy & Store Credit

We do not offer direct monetary refunds.

If a return request is approved, the customer will receive a Store Credit equivalent to the product value.

Store Credit:

  • Can be used for future purchases on Suti Rang.
  • Is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Cannot be converted into cash or transferred to another account.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as Final Sale.
  • Products marked as Non-Returnable.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products returned without original tags and packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

Quality Check

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

If the product passes our quality check, the exchange or store credit will be processed accordingly.

Suti Rang reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your account and visit the "My Orders" section.
  2. Select the order and raise a Return or Exchange Request within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Upload the required images and unboxing video.
  4. Our support team will review the request.
  5. Once approved, pickup instructions will be shared.

Suti Rang reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request after reviewing the submitted evidence and conducting a quality inspection of the returned product.
