If, for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it for a credit notes. Returns are only accepted for items that were bought straight from our website. We reserve the right to reject any requests for returns of goods obtained through our indirect online and offline distributors.
Our 48 hours return policy at Suti Rang allows you to return anything you bought hassle-free. This policy applies to all international orders.
Conditions for Exchange and Return
Time Frame
- The product must be returned or exchanged within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
Product Condition
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all original tags and labels intact.
- Please make sure to keep the original packaging of the product for return or exchange.
Quality Check
- As soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check, we will send you an email to confirm.
- To pass our quality check, the product needs to be completely undamaged, have original tags, and be in its original packaging. We will inspect whether the product was washed or used to ensure its intact condition.
Exchange Limit
- You have the option to exchange a product if it does not live up to your expectations only once. We do not entertain multiple exchanges on the same product.
Exclusions
- Products purchased from the "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" category cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customized or personalized products will not be eligible for return or exchange unless a defective or damaged product was delivered.
- Please take note that you must report any claims you may have regarding missing or incorrect products within 24 working hours of the delivery date by sharing a video of the product being unboxed. In the absence of video evidence of the item being unboxed, we might not be able to consider accusations of missing or damaged products.
Return Guidelines
Within 48 hours of the delivery date, products may be returned. Payment refunds are only available for things that are damaged or that are delivered in the wrong size (different from what was bought). If not, you can choose an credit notes with a one-year validity period or a replacement. If a consumer receives damaged or incorrectly sized merchandise, incomplete sets, inappropriate styles, or erroneous products, there is no charge for returns or replacements.
How To Place a Return Order
- Make a 'Return Request' under the website's "My Orders" section. Choose the product you want to return and fill out the necessary details.
- After you press the "Return" button, you will receive a return authorization number and other details regarding the pickup of the product.
- Depending on the return mode, keep the item ready for pickup or ship it to us. We provide the option for pickup at the address provided when completing the order.
- The items will be picked up from your door by our courier partner. The day of pickup, a notification will be sent to you. Please keep the product ready.
- Once the product reaches our facility, we will conduct a thorough quality check, and if the product passes, we will initiate your return. Please register that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Guidelines
Within 48 hours of delivery, products are eligible for exchange; after that window, we won't entertain any requests. You can place an exchange request if you receive an incorrect size, damaged product, defective product, or wrong product. You can pick a desired product from a collection for your exchange. Remember, we only entertain one exchange request per order. If you receive a damaged or incorrectly sized product, there will be no charge for replacements.

- Once the product reaches our facility we will conduct a thorough quality check and if the product passes we will ship your exchange product. Please register that original shipping charges are non-refundable. The desired item will be delivered to your door by our courier partner within 5-7 business days.

Reverse Shipping and Charges
- Remember that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We will adjust the amount in your invoice you don't have to pay us separately.
- If things are received damaged, in the wrong size (different from what was bought), or in the wrong style, returns are done at no cost.
