Our products are delicate yet very durable. That said, you do need to care for them if you want them looking brand new. Every product has labels inside them enlisting wash care guidelines for your convenience.
Every product's image was taken in a variety of lighting conditions. We make an effort to capture images in an environment that most closely resembles the actual product. But occasionally, the camera lens cannot replicate the eye's perspective, making minute color variations inevitable.

No, there are no hidden charges when you purchase from Suti Rang. The taxes for domestic orders are included in the displayed price on the website. International orders will incur additional shipping costs per kilogram, which are determined at checkout based on the total weight of the order package.

The maximum COD amount is 10000 INR. We offer a cash-on-delivery service only for domestic (Indian) orders. You can check if your location qualifies for COD using pin codes in the 'Check Delivery' options.

Return, Cancellation, and Exchange Related

Yes. You can file an exchange request within 2 days of the delivery date. If you receive damaged or incorrectly sized merchandise, incomplete sets, inappropriate styles, or erroneous products, there is no charge for returns or exchanges.
Within 48 hours of delivery, products are eligible for exchange; after that window, we won't entertain any requests. You can place an exchange request if you receive an incorrect size, damaged product, defective product, or wrong product. You can do so from our website's "My Orders" section or call customer support. Remember, we only entertain one exchange request per order.
